Our kitchen director Christian Hirsch and his team spoil their guests with fine and creative cuisine. The menu is full of surprises, delicious flavour combinations and unexpected twists – goulash with king oyster mushrooms or teriyaki chilli salmon. Let us surprise you.

We are happy to cook vegetarian food for you on request – just ask and we will recommend a dish. In addition, our restaurant and hotel bar offer a selection of wines, aperitifs, and digestifs.

A Healthy Start to the Day

Start your day with a healthy, nutritious, and delicious breakfast. Our daily buffet, which is available for non-hotel guests too, offers a generous selection of breakfast foods. For €15 per person you can chose from a spread of fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and muesli, crispy bread rolls, honey and various jams as well as a selection of sausages and cheese. Alongside this, we offer freshly prepared eggs to your liking and unlimited coffee, tea, and juice.

Early risers can also enjoy breakfast from 6 am to 6.30 am. For €9.50 per person, you can help yourself to a slightly smaller buffet without hot dishes.

As much as possible, our cooks will be happy to cater for non-severe allergies and intolerances. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances at least 24 hours before your visit. Depending on the effort, we reserve the right to add a surcharge for the separate preparation of your menu.

Should your allergies and intolerances be severe or life-threatening, please understand that we cannot cater to these. If this is the case, we do not bear any responsibility and cannot, due to the risk of cross-contamination, serve you.

At Luther’s table: Dine at “von Bora” – Restaurant by martas

Located in the historic walls of the Wittenberg Luther House, our “von Bora” restaurant is set in the same location where Martin Luther once dined. Incorporating regional and fresh produce, our menu offers a Mediterranean spin of modern German cuisine. To complete this culinary experience, we offer an exclusive selection of fine wines. You are welcome to enjoy your meals either indoors or, weather permitting, on our large sun terrace.
